Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://customcabinetryparrish.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Ocean Crest Kitchen & Bath markets and arranges Custom Cabinetry, Kitchen Renovation, Walk-In Closets, Custom Closets, Built-In Cabinets. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Ocean Crest Kitchen & Bath (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Ocean Crest Kitchen & Bath may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Ocean Crest Kitchen & Bath does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Ocean Crest Kitchen & Bath's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Ocean Crest Kitchen & Bath harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. FL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in FL.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
